1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT +1) - Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

  • You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to our carrier.

2. Transit Time & Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options based on your location and order value.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Taxes and Duties

  • Germany: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on requirements.

  • International: Orders shipped outside the EU. may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours at info@mimshachs.com.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and include them in your email.
